Please read entire policy page carefully, you must agree to our terms and conditions prior to ordering


*Wedding rings are custom made to order and will require 8 to 12 weeks production time. Please email us first, for availability of a particular product if there are time constraint issues. As wedding ring orders are custom made to order and after placed in production, are not cancelable or refundable, re-sizing only.

**As consideration for the product or products purchased by you and provided to you by us, you agree to pay in advance for the product or products to be provided. Payment is to be made by online check, any online check you provide is a valid check, legal binding document and any check that bounces will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) bounced check fee. Any bounced checks not taken care of within 5 days. Will be forwarded to your local district attorney or your local law enforcement or sheriffs office, for collection, in your state and county of residence,

* We are a custom manufacturer. In order to keep our merchandise fresh at all times most products,  are made to order. And will require a 14 to 21 day production time before shipping, excluding wedding rings. All custom orders, brands, initials etc.. must be paid for prior to production start. Personalized and custom made to order products excluding wedding rings, require as much as 14 to 28 days production time.

*We make all rings to the customer requested ring size, using the jewelry industry standard USA sizing chart.  **Please note that wider rings generally require a larger ring size as the ring width increases. In the event that you happen to order the wrong ring size (silver rings only) Gold ring sizing, please contact us for pricing. We will re-size your silver ring for you, down as far as it needs or up 1 size absolutely free, as long as you make the request within 7 days of the purchase date.  You will be responsible for the shipping back to us and the return shipping back to you, after the sizing is complete. Return shipping and insurance is generally around $15.99. If you would like to request a RFR (return for re-size) number click here to send us your request. All others email us using the contact form, for appropriate repair charges.

* Gift certificate vouchers have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only at cowboyjewelers.com. Gift certificate vouchers are not refundable or returnable. You may pay the difference, at time of checkout,  if your purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate voucher.

* We accept online checks. All checking account information is collected using SSL secure servers. We run all orders offline for your protection. Our shopping cart does not process your check,

* The shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are for shipping to the lower 48 states of the USA by USPS Priority Mail. All others please contact us for the appropriate shipping charges.

*We sometimes offer free shipping, all sales made while we are offering FREE shipping, that are returned for a refund. Will be charged for the shipping. You will receive a refund less the cost of the shipping. Depending on the items ordered the shipping will range from $13.99 to $19.99.

*When free shipping is offered it is for persons living in the lower 48 United States Only. All others will be charged the appropriate shipping amount. If you would like a shipping quote click here.

*Unfortunately there are no refunds for on sale items, gift vouchers or custom made to order, discounted  or  personalized merchandise including names, initials and machine engraved items. On sale items are eligible for exchange only click here for exchange information. We will give you full value exchange with no restocking charge, for any item of your choice minus shipping charges. As long as we receive your item being exchanged in 7 days from the ship date.

*We do not refund the cost of shipping, no exceptions. All merchandise received for a refund will be refunded all but the shipping and 25% restocking fee. All return merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for supplying us with a valid USPS address, as all regular orders are shipped priority or registered insured mail. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any shipment not received. In the event any item is lost by the USPS. We will replace that item at an expedited service, after all tracking efforts have been exhausted and a claim has been made and accepted with USPS.

*Returns are accepted within 7 days from the original ship date. Returns must be in new unused condition.  All returns must be received by us within 7 days of the date shipped to the customer, no exceptions. No refunds or exchanges on, custom made to order, customized, engraved or altered items. On sale items are eligible for exchange only No refunds will be made, if item or items have not been received by us, back at our office within 7 days of the shipping date. Any and all returns received after 7 days from the original ship date, will not be accepted and returned to sender.

*No returns will be accepted without an RMA (return merchandise authorization ) number . The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted and returned to sender. RMA numbers are good for 5 days only. We must receive your return by the 5th day of issuing the RMA or 7 days from the ship date, or the package will be refused and the RMA cancelled and the package will be returned.

*If you your purchase was NOT ON SALE, CUSTOMIZED, PERSONALIZED ENGRAVED, OR CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER you may qualify to receive an RMA number. Send us an email here for instructions on how to obtain a RMA number, but only if the previous conditions do not apply. If your purchase was ON SALE, CUSTOMIZED, PERSONALIZED ENGRAVED, OR CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, AN RMA will not be issued. *When requesting an RMA number please be sure to give us your name and the date of your purchase and order number. Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

*By ordering from our company or using this site, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these policies, terms and conditions. It is impossible to place an order from our website without checking the box in our shopping cart, that you have read, understand and agree to our terms and conditions prior to ordering.
